Returns Policy

In General

Unless we say otherwise, we use the terms 'GPE', 'Gold Panning Equipment', 'we', 'Our', 'us' 'This Site', 'Webmaster', 'Administrator', 'This Website', 'moderator', 'moderator's' throughout this website to refer to this website and its company including employees.

Unless we say otherwise, we use the terms 'You', 'Your', 'Yours', 'User', 'Users', 'Consumer', 'Customer', 'Post Owner' throughout this website to refer to whoever is accessing this website, using it's service(s) including placing an order to products or items advertised for sale.


After receiving a product, if you become uncertain on how to use it, or an items intended use, or feel it does not do what it's description implies, please don't hesitate in contacting us, first for advice.

In all cases, no refund, replacement or acceptance of cancellation will be honoured for any items which have been altered, had any modifications applied, or any attempt has been made to repair any damaged products; other than by us.

Unwanted Goods

You may cancel an order (or any part of it) within 14 days from the date you recieve the good(s).

In the first instance, please notify us informing of your intetions to cancel the order (or any part of it).

You will recieve a full refund of price paid (including our delivery charges for complete order cancellation or complete order return). If you return or cancel part of an order, we will not refund the delivery charges.

This is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Goods have not been: made to measure, made to customer specification, customised Item (by tailoring a product from selecting from various options for an item to be built to), cut to size, personilised or customised in any way.
  • You must provide proof of purchase by providing us a copy of the goods delivery note / reciept.
  • The returned goods have not been damaged (Please refer to below Faulty Goods section) and have not been used.
  • You are responsible for the return of the goods and for the return postage costs. We would encourage that the goods have adequate postage insurance incase of damage or loss.

Damaged or Faulty

In the unlikely event of you receiving goods that do not work, or appear damaged, Please notify us as soon as posible.

A refund will be provided; however we may be able to offer a repair or replacement.

This is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Faults or damage are not from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, alteration, or used otherwise than in accordance with its intended use.
  • Depending upon the order contents (items), we may require the complete order returned back to us.
